
A summer series of morning gatherings for families to slow down, practice mindfulness, and enjoy some unhurried time in the park. The intention is equal parts mindfulness and community — a chance to connect with other parents and kids in a relaxed outdoor setting, waking up our awareness powers while we have some fun together.
Who: Families (kids and adults welcome) — limited to 10 families per event
Where: Island Park and Hunt Park
When: 4 Sundays over the summer: 5/24 (Island), 6/21 (Hunt), 7/19 (Hunt), 8/9 (Island)
Duration: 10am - 1pm
Price: $35 / $50 / $65 — pay what fits for your family
Each morning is organized around the park itself — a pavilion for gathering, open trails for walking, and space for kids to explore while adults practice. Rather than following a fixed schedule, you move through the space at your own pace, with guided mindfulness sessions offered at set times and the rest of the morning open.
