Whether you're encountering See Hear Feel for the first time or adding new techniques and strategies to a practice you've already established, Intro/Extension nights are where the toolkit grows.

See Hear Feel is the foundational technique this community is built around, and the first Intro/Extension sessions introduce it properly. From there, Intro/Extension sessions periodically expand the range — new ways to deepen and sustain what you're building.

If you're brand new, this is where to start. If you've been practicing a while, these sessions will continue to offer something to grow into.

• When: Wednesdays, 8:00–9:30 PM EST, via Zoom

• Registration: One registration covers your whole family — anyone interested is welcome to join. Register any time, even right up to the start.

• Pricing: Pay what you want, including $0. Suggested range: $10 / $20 / $30. Packages of 10 sessions for $200 are available for those who'd like to commit to regular attendance.

• Recording: Sessions are not recorded.
